Nadimi family's specialty is an excellent, unique blend, with a balanced combination of sweetness and low acidity, which comes from the skillful infusion of the best cooked grape musts with Tuscan wine vinegar, olive leaves, and juniper berries. The slow maturation in hand-selected barrels, where fine Bolgheri wines rested for a long time, gives it a soft and rich taste with hints of oak wood.

The taste is noble and amiable, with notes of olive, oak, cinnamon, and wild juniper, and it lingers on the palate, leaving a sweet and complex aftertaste.
