Born between land and sea
Olivello Toscano was born on the Etruscan coast, on the Livorno coastline, between land and sea, in a unique territory, made of cultivated fields, vineyards, centuries-old olive trees and rows of cypress trees, which from the hills of Bolgheri blend with the green of the Mediterranean scrub, in a countryside rich in sun, colors and scents.

Family tradition
Its recipe has been safeguarded in Livorno by the Nadimi family; years pass, but Olivello Toscano has never changed: the same ingredients, the same infusion and aging method. The same inimitable taste.
A precious legacy, jealously guarded and handed down.
Sustainability and social responsibility
-
Commitment to the future
Sustainability is a real commitment to protecting the planet and ensuring a better future for coming generations. Producing eco-sustainable products means
contributing to the development of a responsible consumption model. For this reason,
we carefully use the resources of our territory, applying the principle of circularity from raw material collection to design and end-of-life of our products. -
Responsible production
Sustainability is a principle that guides every stage of our production, which is why we only use new cold technologies that reduce waste, energy consumption and CO₂ emissions and do not use chemical substances. Production residues can also be reused as organic fertilisers for vegetable gardens and gardens.
-
Eco-friendly packaging
We use glass packaging, gas-free dispensers and prefer recycled materials for our packaging, providing consumers with information on the correct disposal of product components
after use.
